Common Questions When Looking for a Primary Care Doctor
Does your doctor show compassion?
When it comes to primary care, you want to make sure you find a doctor who is respectful and caring. You deserve a doctor who will truly listen to your concerns and provide you with answers to your health questions, so you can better understand your treatment options. At Niagara Primary Care, we believe in providing personalized primary care to our patients in a calm and welcoming office environment. We encourage our patients to ask questions when they have them, and we strive to foster mutually respectful relationships with our patients, so we can provide the best primary care possible.
Can your doctor provide you with all of the health services you need?
This is one of the most important questions a new patient can ask of their doctor’s office. We understand that your schedule is busy, and no one has time to run between multiple offices to receive a simple diagnosis. At Niagara Primary Care and Niagara Falls Urgent Care, we proudly offer onsite x-rays and laboratory testing to ensure that your primary care physician can offer you the in-depth understanding you need for specific issues. Because we are also an urgent care center, we provide a wide range of services you may not find at other primary care offices.
Are your doctor’s hours convenient for you and your family’s schedule?
Your primary care physician can only be effective if they are open during hours that you can see them. When your child is sick or hurt and your family doctor is not available, we offer the option of visiting our walk in urgent care center next door, which is open everyday and after hours available.
